3.1. Content Ownership: All content produced during your interview, including audio, video, and written materials, shall remain the property of LaunchDay.
3.2. License Grant: We grant you a non-exclusive license to use the interview content for your purposes under agreed terms. LaunchDay retains the right to use, distribute, and broadcast the interview content for marketing and promotional activities.
4. Marketing Techniques and Communications
4.1. Consent to Marketing Strategies: Participation in our free interview service includes consent to the use of various marketing strategies during and after your interview.
4.2. Communications: You agree to receive pre- and post-interview communications from us regarding your schedule, preparation, and information about our other services and offers.
5. Featured in News Publications
5.1. Representation to Publishers: Engaging our services, where a feature in a news publication is included, does not guarantee that you will be featured. We commit to representing you to the publisher for potential featuring. However, the final decision lies solely with the publisher, and we hold no control over their discretion.
6. Additional Services
6.1. Podcast Service: We provide podcast services aimed at creating video clips for social media and amplifying your personal brand.
6.2. Supplementary Services: We also offer additional services such as digital studio portrait photography, social media scheduling, and more.
7. Data Security
7.1. Security Measures: LaunchDay takes reasonable measures to protect the personal information you provide. Nevertheless, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is entirely secure.
8. Client Responsibilities
8.1. Timely Communication: Clients are expected to maintain timely and effective communication throughout the engagement. Failure to respond to communications or provide necessary approvals in a timely manner may impact the delivery of services.
8.2. Approval of Content: Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving content within the stipulated timeframe. Delays in approval may result in delays in the overall project timeline or cancellation.

Broadcasting of Interviews: LaunchDay reserves the right to live broadcast interviews conducted as part of our podcasting services. This section outlines the terms and conditions related to the live broadcasting of your interview.
Consent for Live Broadcasting: By participating in an interview with LaunchDay, you expressly consent to the live broadcasting of your interview. This broadcast may occur over various media channels, including but not limited to, internet streaming platforms, social media, and other digital or traditional broadcasting mediums.
Use of Broadcast Content: All live broadcast content, including audio and video recordings of the interview, remains the property of LaunchDay. We retain the right to use, reproduce, and distribute the broadcast content for promotional or other purposes related to our business activities.
Representation and Warranties: You warrant that your participation in the interview and the content you provide does not infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights, and is not libelous, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful.
Viewer Interaction: Live broadcasts may involve viewer interaction, including comments and questions. While we encourage positive engagement, LaunchDay is not responsible for the comments or interactions made by viewers during the live broadcast.
Changes and Cancellations: LaunchDay reserves the right to change, reschedule, or cancel live broadcasts due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any such changes in a timely manner.
No Compensation: Participation in live broadcasts as an interviewee does not entitle you to any form of compensation, financial or otherwise, from LaunchDay, unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate agreement.
Release of Liability: By agreeing to participate in a live broadcast, you release LaunchDay from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation, including but not limited to technical issues, broadcast quality, and audience interaction.
